Privacy Policy

Ventures Tools ("the tools") are personal command-line tools operated by Rattanachart Kon ("the owner") on his own computer. This policy explains how the tools handle Google user data.

Who uses the tools

Only the owner. The tools are not offered to the public and do not have other users.

What Google data is accessed

The tools only access the owner's own Google account, through Google APIs he enables himself. Currently enabled: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.

• Gmail (read-only) — to search and read messages in the owner's own mailbox.
• Gmail (compose) — to create drafts and, after the owner reviews and confirms each one, send email from the owner's own account.
• Google Drive — to list, read, upload, and organise files in the owner's own Drive.
• Google Sheets — to read and update the owner's own spreadsheets.
• Google Calendar — to read and add or change events on the owner's own calendars.
• Email address of the connected account — to confirm the correct personal account is connected.

If another Google API is enabled later, it will be listed here before it is used.

Website sign-in

The private dashboard on this website uses "Sign in with Google" and requests only your email address. The email is compared with the owner's allow-list; if it is not on the list, access is refused and nothing is stored. If it is, a signed cookie keeps the owner signed in for up to 30 days. This website has no database and keeps no other data.

How the data is used

Email, files, spreadsheets, and calendar events are shown to the owner on his own computer so he can manage his own data. Any change (sending email, editing files, sheets, or events) is made only when the owner asks for it. The tools may use an AI assistant that the owner runs to summarise or draft replies, at the owner's request.

Storage

The tools do not keep copies of the owner's email, files, or calendar. The only thing stored is the OAuth refresh token, kept in a private file on the owner's computer (readable only by the owner). Nothing is stored on this website.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.

Limited Use

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing access stops the tools from reading or sending email immediately.
